Privacy Notice
When you submit a pool-project request, we collect the information you provide, including your project location, preferences, name, telephone number and email address. When you request a homeowner guide, we collect your name and email address.
We use project information to respond to your request and may share it with one local pool contractor selected to respond to your project request. That contractor may contact you by phone, text or email regarding your project. The contractor receiving your request may differ from companies profiled on the site. A contractor may pay us for referrals, and a paid referral arrangement may affect which contractor receives a request. Requesting an estimate does not send your information to every profiled company.
Pool builders who submit a profile claim or partnership application provide business and contact information, requested service areas, license information and partnership preferences. We use it to verify the submission, evaluate territory availability and communicate about potential placement or lead-routing services.
We use guide-request information to deliver the resource and may send relevant pool-planning information. You may unsubscribe from promotional email at any time.
We do not guarantee estimates, availability, pricing, licensing status or construction results. Confirm a contractor’s current license, insurance, scope and contract before hiring.
To ask about or request deletion of your submitted information, email comparebestpoolbuilders@gmail.com.
